Goddard Consulting Group Limited Modern Slavery Policy

This policy, made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, outlines the steps Goddard Consulting Group Limited has taken and continues to take to understand and minimise the potential risk of modern slavery in its business and supply chains.

Our Business

Goddard Consulting Group Limited (GCG) is a specialist consultancy providing strategic technology and operational expertise to businesses, particularly in the property sector. Our services include configuring and customising CRM systems, optimising workflows, and offering fractional leadership roles such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Non-Executive Directorships (NED).

In addition to consultancy, we also develop and integrate bespoke software solutions to streamline business operations, enhance efficiency, and improve user experience. Our system integration services ensure that clients' existing technology stacks work seamlessly together, reducing inefficiencies and enabling better decision-making through data-driven insights.

Our Commitment to the Principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

Goddard Consulting Group Limited is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. As an equal-opportunities employer, we are dedicated to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our staff and clients.

We want all colleagues to feel confident that they can expose wrongdoing without any risk to themselves and, as such, have an established whistleblowing policy accessible to all employees.

Our recruitment and people management processes ensure that all prospective employees and contractors are legally entitled to work in the UK. Background checks, including right-to-work verification, are conducted for all employees before they commence work with us.

GCG does not engage in business with any organisation, in the United Kingdom or overseas, that knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude, or forced or compulsory labour.

Our Supply Chain

Due to the nature of our consultancy business, Goddard Consulting Group Limited assesses itself to have a low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

Our suppliers primarily consist of technology providers, software vendors, and professional service firms. We conduct due diligence to ensure that all partners align with our ethical and compliance standards.
